Recently released is the Checklist feature for Microsoft’s Project for the web. This feature has been in Microsoft Planner for a while, it’s great to see it surface in Project for the web too! In this post we will take a quick look at this feature as seen below:
The checklist is accessed from the task details panel. To add a checklist item, click the “Add an item” placeholder text and type the name of the item:
To complete a checklist item, click the circle next to the item:
You can also see the checklist count in the Quick look column as seen below:
It is also possible to create a new task from a checklist item using the button below:
Clicking this removes the checklist item and creates the task:
A nice simple edition to Project for the web that will help manage your work.
